Convert markdown to styled text in cards

Any chance that, at some point, Sudowrite cards will convert * to italics and ** to bold? I find the AI sometimes uses Markdown in its responses, and while it's not a massive job to have to manually convert these to italics/bold, it would be nice if Sudowrite took care of that for me. — GS on discord
