Convert Folder to Series and Vice Versa

This seems like a self-explanatory feature. Right now, there isn’t an obvious way to convert a folder to a series; I had created a folder within a series when I found that creating a series within a series siloed the storybibles. Adding all the novel outlines for the many different characters and stories has made that Series practically unusable, so I moved the folder out, and now, it seems obvious that I’m going to want to convert that to a series to silo it from the storybibles of the free floating top-level standalone stories.
