Connected Chapter tree on the sidebar

It would be convenient to have, in the sidebar of the chapters, an indication that the chapters are connected to each other, a sort of hierarchical tree or lines that connect them to each other. And to highlight the chapters that are not connected. Also, a checkbox to prevent certain chapters from being considered during auto-writing or guided writing (useful if multiple drafts of the same chapter are being kept).
