Clickable Plugin Author Names

Plugin descriptions include the names of their authors, and it would be a great quality-of-life upgrade if clicking on an author's name brought you to a list of all of those author's publicly published plugins. As this is solely a website feature that could work with the existing plugin search functionality, this would hopefully be a quick thing to implement that would make the plugin directory a lot easier to navigate.
