Chatting with Sudowrite

It would be nice to be able to chat with Sudowrite about Sudowrite features. At the very least, if we ask it a question about its own features that it can’t answer, could we please not lose credits in the process?

Today I asked this question in chat:

If I highlight text, choose "rewrite", and then "customize", what is the word/character limit for specific instructions I can give you?

To which Sudowrite replied:

I don’t have access to the exact word or character limits for the “customize” field when using Rewrite. For accurate and up-to-date information, please check the Sudowrite documentation or reach out to their support team.

And it cost me 4,458 credits for that!! 😢
