I use ChatGPT as my main place to brainstorm and store ideas for my books. It is where I dump rough concepts, worldbuilding notes, character ideas, and long-term thoughts as they come to me.
When I move into Sudowrite, it is usually for drafting, expanding, or refining, not for the initial idea capture. Because of that, there is a lot of friction jumping back and forth between the two.
I would love an optional way to integrate or connect a personal ChatGPT account, or at least import ideas from it into Sudowrite in a more structured way, such as Story Bible entries, notes, or project ideas.
This would not replace Sudowrite’s tools. It would just make Sudowrite feel more like a central hub instead of a separate step in the process. Even a lightweight solution would help, whether that is manual imports, limited syncing, or a dedicated place to bring ideas in.
For writers working on long-term projects or multiple books, this kind of integration would make staying organized and consistent much easier.
