Chat with plugins

This is a feature request to allow replies to feedback generated by analysis and edit plugins. When a plugin generates an analysis, I’ve found myself wishing to ask follow-up questions. I find that the chat feature currently leaves much to be desired. I think it would greatly improve the experience with both plugins and the chat feature to be able to apply plugins to the chat.

As an example, I made a plugin called the Plot Genie, which analyzes themes across an entire manuscript. It can be prompted to answer pointed questions, but it would be even more useful as a conversation tool.
