character living status

I use the guided writing tool as well as the draft generator tool, and I’ve noticed it’s been pulling in a character that died early in my manuscript, even concocting plots for said character. this was even after I turned off the character’s visibility, included their status as dead in their character bio, and noted their death as a key event in the worldbuilding portion.
