Chapter Roll-Up

I try to use custom plugins to read across the entire book.

I would like a new item type under the book section area, where you create your new chapters/folders.

I’d like this new roll-up to be able to link back to the “contents” of the chapters.

This would the allow the creation of view of the entire book in a “single” file without having to cut-n-paste contents between files.
