Can we Contact You Without a Microsoft Account?

I have tried to contact you as I hoped to ask which pricing model has access to MUSE but I cannot as each time I click on ‘contact us’ my computer tries to open outlook which I do not have. Is there a software independent way to contact you for information and help?
