Can it stop with the credit thing?

I think that once a user subscribes, whether it's monthly, yearly, or any other plan, the subscription should cover access for the entire duration. Using a credit-based system that runs out in just a few days, only to then ask users to spend additional money on extra credits, feels unfair. A lot of us are not based in the U.S., and the exchange rate makes it very expensive to keep up. Paying such high amounts and still not enjoying full access for the whole subscription period is honestly discouraging. I really hope this can be reviewed and improved.
