Better Uploading Support?

Apologies, not sure how to title this: my issue is that the limit on uploading is a detriment. Only having 30 elements be possible is a problem. I have many documents (100+) to upload for my current project and having to pick and choose which elements to include because something has a lot of information in it is not helpful.
