Avoid repetition

Please, can you come up with a way to effectively prohibit the AI from overusing certain phrases and constantly repeating itself? I don’t want the phrase “with mechanical precision” to appear in every single chapter, sometimes twice per chapter. If there was a way to track certain expressions through all the chapters, it would be very helpful. I write the banned words and expressions in “extra instructions” in the draft, but it’s largely ignored. Thank you.
