Automatically adjust chapter and act numbering on changes to Outline

Currently chapter and act numbers are auto-generated by AI when you generate the Outline. If you add or delete chapters or acts, the only way to fix numbering is to ask the AI to rewrite the Outline. This can work, but you have no guarantee that AI preserves the existing outline contents as-is, and have to tediously check the regenerated Outline content against the old content. It would be nice to have the ability to automatically number chapters and acts so that the numbers are automatically adjusted when chapters or acts are inserted or deleted.
