Adding to a Long Outline

There used to an option to add to an outline at the end of the outline section as well as the beginning, as well as a way to add things at whatever point we want them… Losing that is a PAIN when your outline is a long one. Now I have to scroll all the way up to the top, generate a new “Chapter One” then drag it all the way to the end. Oof.
