Add Relationship as an official object in Worldbuilding

As someone who writes relationship fiction, this is a critical element that I would love the AI to consider more consistently. Is a character nice to one other character and not the others? Are there characters with deeper relationship histories than are initially apparent? I know right now you can get around this with certain other item types but it would be nice to have it more specifically tied to Character data.
