add custom R.G.B for Text Highlighting & Larger Synopsis system

With the newly added Text Highlighting and Larger Synopsis system, could we also get support for RGB or hex color codes when highlighting text? This would help with accessibility, since some users are color-blind and may have difficulty seeing the currently available highlight colors. Allowing custom RGB/hex values would let users choose colors they can clearly see, making highlights more readable for everyone.
