Add an option to turn off autojumping to the prose in documents/chapters

I'm really warming to Sudowrite but am finding a great source of frustration with loading, especially jumping between documents. Maybe my browser is slow, but I load a document, highlight some text in the beats section, then the browser auto scrolls to the prose. It's probably really handy if you spend your time editing the prose. But right now, when I'm fleshing out beats, and jumping between documents, it is adding so much frustration. A toggle in the settings to turn this off would vastly improve the UX.
