Add a voice read-aloud option to right column suggested edits/writing/chat

Would be great to get a read-aloud feature that automatically reads the suggested edits/rephreasing and chat responses aloud. I have eye issues and find it hard to see the smaller right column area as the font size seems set. Similar to how ChatGPT has the read aloud feature. Thanks!
