Ability to use Braindump for Project-wide or Chapter-specific

At the moment Braindump is limited to 2000 words and is project-wide focused. I know there are other ways to put ideas in Worldbuilding, but for improving organization it will be challenging. I am trying to write a story that follows the protagonist throughout his life.

Is it possible to create an option to chose between project-wide and chapter-specific?
