That each project will have a folder and it will be possible to upload to each folder of the project characterization of characters, descriptions of objects, places and more - all of these will be in the memory of the software for writing the actual chapters.
Additionally
In the folder it will be possible to upload photos/videos/songs that will inspire that project.
Each folder will have its name, number of words of the book itself and when it was last updated.

Any chance of getting more layers of folders within a project? It would be nice to be able to organize all the document cards further within a project. A character folder to hold all the character info in. A settings folder to hold all the settings. Etc. I'm not saying to name them that way, just the ability to have additional layers of folders would be nice...
