That each project will have a folder and it will be possible to upload to each folder of the project characterization of characters, descriptions of objects, places and more - all of these will be in the memory of the software for writing the actual chapters.
Additionally
In the folder it will be possible to upload photos/videos/songs that will inspire that project.
Each folder will have its name, number of words of the book itself and when it was last updated.
