The ability to highlight sentences within the cards. Sometimes I save a card for just one or two sentences, and when I go back looking for it, I can't remember which story it's in and what about it I wanted to save. And it would be extra-helpful if all of your highlighted content also lived on one Highlights page or section (as well as in the card.) Highlighter Chrome extensions do something like that. Even letting us use Markdown in the cards would be a great help.
