While in a project thread/page, I'd like the ability to open and detatch a note page field that I can keep open when writing in the said project. I like to keep a brief running list of character names (descriptions) and locations (in a dropdown) to make it easier for me to refer to when writing.

Now, I could add the character checklist of information into a new page/thread, but then I'd need to toggle or flow between the two pages to extract information; thereby interrupting the creative process, which defeats the purpose of having the window/page open while writing in the body of the project.
