Something I think would be useful is a universal guide section in the write menu for when a chapter is being writen. In this guide sction, information could be placed in bullet form that the AI will pick up on, and has happened in previous chapters(like what you see at the begining of serial TV shows like NCIS or Criminal Minds). This can inform the AI about character behavior and motivation where as the current guide feature can give direction for the story of the current chapter.
