It would be helpful to limit the number of cards canvas generates initially when doing an outline. That way, words are wasted when it goes off in a strange direction or you need to make a change that cascades throughout the outline.

Also, adding user-defined custom plot points with custom names + logic/prompts such as the grayed out info in the plot points right now that guides the AI into generating what's expected and then saving those outlines as a template for each user would allow an author to define their own story structure and reuse it when needed.
