The AI frequently tries to tie things up in a neat little bow with EVERY CARD it generates even though you may be at the very beginning of a story, which wastes a lot of words that can't be used. So if the document indicated it was a novel of say 50k words and you only had 100, it wouldn't try to end the story. Conversely, if you're writing say a 1k blog post, it would also know the end game and write with that in mind.
