Please add mystery to the outline type drop-down in Story Engine! All the others require lots of tweaking to make them work. :-(

I, too, would appreciate better outlining / plotting by genre, in my case the Mystery genre. And I would really, really, deeply appreciate it if the beats didn't keep throwing in this inane action whereby the sleuth reaffirms his or her determination to solve the crime, save the world, not let themselves get beat, etc. It's cartoonish. And it's a waste of words we're paying for. There's already enough work involved in editing the beats. It's an inordinate waste of time -- and money -- to fish out these cartoonish heroic statements. They're tripe and they result in really poor copy. I subscribed to Sudowrite because I want to support the project. But am I getting my money's worth out of it? Not by a longshot.
