Here’s an update on some recent fixes and improvements from the team.

Draft Error Prevention - Using the Draft tool at the end of a very long document could cause it to fail. We now check the document length and notify you if it’s too much for the AI to read before writing.

Prose Consistency Improvement - We made some changes that reduce the likelihood of any AI feature producing gibberish.

Expand Context Fix - Expand was incorporating Story Bible details even when the Story Bible was toggled off. We fixed that, and it now only references your Story Bible if it’s toggled on.

Rewrite Button Fix - We identified and fixed an issue that was causing longer Rewrites to fail under specific circumstances.

Plugin Editor Cleanup - We removed some outdated buttons from the top of the Plugin editor, with apologies to those of you who liked that cute little Sudowrite Labs beaker.

Featured Styles Update - Since launching a dedicated POV and Tense selector, we’ve removed the predefined narrative perspective and tense from each of the Featured Styles.

New Screenreader Labels - We added more detailed accessibility labels to the Write Settings menu, so screenreader users should have an easier time navigating that in the future.
