Mobile friendly view

Please, please, please make a mobile friendly layout. These days most websites have responsive design that detects when you are viewing on a mobile browser and adjusts automatically. I have chronic pain that doesn't always allow me to sit up at my desktop for long periods of time, and have no laptop or tablet budget. I can force my mobile phone web browser to display in desktop layout, but it is very cumbersome to navigate. A mobile layout would be much more user friendly from an accessibility standpoint.
