Final Compilation of each Chapter into One output Document/File

In place of individual chapter exports can we have a single command to export the book? If i want to format and produce a draft book to read and check/edit as a paper copy I have to fiddle with (say) 24 chapter files. The File name when saved follows to Book Title.
